Nüüd is a Naarm / Melbourne based architecture and interior design studio led by Brad Mitchell and Kerli Valk.
We design built environments and objects guided by narrative.
Our projects explore and celebrate the stories of the people and communities we work with, and those uncovered from intimate studies of place and history. These narratives enrich a collaborative design process to create environments that purposefully reflect the values of those who inhabit them.
Sustainability is engrained in us, and we work hand in hand with local craftspeople using locally sourced materials. We believe in projects that are embedded in landscape and more broadly, can contribute to a deeper understanding of the evolving Australian psyche.
